This equipment utilizes a high-performance neodymium-iron-boron magnetic circuit system optimized through computer simulation, generating a high-intensity magnetic field to automatically and continuously remove ferromagnetic impurities from the material. The core design features a drum-shaped roller and an automatic belt tracking system, ensuring long-term stable operation even under harsh working conditions. The RCYD series self-cleaning magnet is also available in special models, such as explosion-proof and armored versions, to meet the specific needs of hazardous and high-wear environments.
The RCYD self-cleaning overband magnetic separator operates based on the principle of strong permanent magnet adsorption. Its internally optimized magnetic system generates a strong magnetic field. When the material on the conveyor belt passes through, the mixed ferromagnetic impurities are instantly attracted to the uniformly moving discharge belt. Driven by a drum-shaped roller with automatic belt tracking, the belt carries the iron impurities away from the magnetic field area and automatically removes them using an integrated scraper. The entire process is continuous and automatic, and can be interlocked with the main conveyor belt for start and stop control.
