Magnetic Grate Separators
Magnetic grate separators, also known as magnetic racks or grate iron removers, are simple, highly efficient magnetic separation devices. They consist of one or more high-performance rare earth permanent magnets, which can be flexibly installed in pipes, tanks, or chutes. They continuously capture fine ferromagnetic impurities (such as iron powder, iron filings, and wear iron) from powdered, slurry, and granular materials. Magnetic grate separators are critical for final quality assurance in industries with extremely high purity requirements, such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and plastics.

What is your payment method?
By TT (telegraphic transfer), a 100% or 30% deposit will be paid before production, and the remaining 70% will be paid after product production and before factory loading.
Has the product been certified internationally (such as CE, UL, ISO, etc.)?
Yes, our equipment certificates are complete and fully comply with industry standards in the market.
How long is the service life, will the magnetic field strength decay after long-term use, and what is the decay rate?
Our production process is mature, and the magnetic blocks are made of high-performance neodymium iron boron, with high magnetic energy accumulation and low demagnetization. The demagnetization rate does not exceed 5% after eight years, and the equipment can operate stably for a long time.
How long is the production cycle and how long does it take from placing an order to shipping?
Normally, it takes about 15 to 30 days, unless there are special circumstances that may extend the time.
